KERRI Quinn is a Belfast based actress who is set to join the cast of Corrie as the mum of teen gang leader Tyler Jeffries.

Kerri Quinn, 35,  is a Northern Irish actress from Belfast.

She is a single mum to daughter Libby.

Kerri has been documenting her temporary move to Manchester on her Twitter account telling fans: “So off to Manchester in the morning for a few months.

According to the Belfast Telegraph Kerri had previously auditioned for another role in Corrie after bosses loved her in the Belfast based drama, but she wasn't cast.

She’s due to appear in ten episodes of the ITV soap and will be keeping her Belfast accent.
