A HEALTHY food fanatic has shared her air fryer chicken dinner that's perfect for a lazy night.

The TikToker demonstrated how to make the easy meal, which she recommended to those on a weight loss journey.

In her video, TikTok user Rebecca (@becs.bites) explained that her go-to halloumi chicken meal only requires four ingredients.

"This is one of those easy dinners, basically mine every night these days, that I come back to again and again because it’s just so delicious and simple," she told viewers.

For the first step, Rebecca demonstrated how to cut slits in your chicken breast.

She revealed that she used four to five chicken breasts when making the meal for her family.

The TikToker then added the cheese to the meat before putting it in the air fryer.

"Add in some pieces of halloumi into each slit, I used about 50g here," she said.

Rebecca told her followers that she usually opts for light halloumi, using half a slice per slit.

Next, she showed viewers how she mixes two teaspoons of harissa chili paste and two teaspoons of honey, per breast.

"Brush this all over the chicken and halloumi, getting right in the cracks," Rebecca advised her audience.

She recommended air frying each breast for 18 to 22 minutes at 355 degrees.

"You can baste with a bit more of the harissa honey mix halfway through too," Rebecca suggested.

She showed her followers the juicy chicken, which she said was approximately 313 calories.

"I served mine with some griddled tender stem and air-fried herby potatoes," she said.
