James Anderson is a cricketer who plays for both Lancashire and England.
A pacey bowler, he has gone onto make over 120 Test match appearances since making his England debut in the 2002/03 season.
He has also been involved in over 200 One Day internationals taking over 250 wickets.
His career started at Burnley cricket club before moving to Lancashire where he made his debut in 2002.
It quickly became obvious that Anderson would rise to the very top and in 2003 Anderson became the youngest player to take a hat-trick for Lancashire. Just a week later he made his Test match debut against Zimbabwe.

Anderson is currently the sixth highest Test wicket-taker of all time having taken 21 Test and two ODI five-wicket hauls.

He is also ranked No.1 in the ICC Test Bowler's Rankings.
In July 2016 Anderson became the first seamer to take 50 wickets against all other seven major test playing nations.

He met the model in 2004 whilst on England duty in London and married her two years later in a church in Hale.
