AS an increasing number of supermarkets are hoisting up their prices, many people are turning to M&S to do their weekly food shop.
And according to one M&S fan, there are seven buys not to be missed.
Tara-Jade explained how the first item she can't go near the food store without purchasing is the 'handmade mini hoisin bao buns.'
The mini fluffy steamed buns with vegetable have a hoisin centre and as far as Tara-Jade is concerned, they're a "Wagamama dupe."
Next up is the 'Extremely cheesy 4 cheddar and red Leicester hot cross buns.'
"All I'm going to say is toasted with melted butter," she enthuses.

Tara-Jade points out that another item not to missed is the bio colours laundry liquid.
"I actually got the pod versions but smells so expensive," she says, in the post shared to TikTok.

Then there's the 'milk chocolate cookie dough bites.'

And if you're a fan of truffle, then you may just want to listen up.
Tara-jade recommends both the 'Italian creamy mushroom with mascarpone and black truffle stir in pasta sauce' and the 'hand cooked crisps black truffle and olive oil.'
Finally, for those with a sweet tooth, she advises trying the '12 mini macarons.'
"Such a little treat, " she says.
Tara-Jade captioned the post: "Run don't walk to M&S."
The video has since gone viral, racking up over 250k views and several comments from social media users, with many suggesting other food products worth a try.
"I can't believe the Jaffa Cakes and cheesy puffs aren't on the list," wrote one.
A second asked: "Have you tried cheese tasters? Just thinking about them now makes me want to drive to the food haul."
