Peter Andre reveals huge new West End gig as he celebrates three decades in showbiz

PETER Andre is showing no signs of slowing down as he celebrates three decades in showbusiness.

The Mysterious Girl singer today revealed yet another project in the pipeline ahead of turning .

He is getting ready to celebrate a very special milestone this year, turning 50 years old and marking 30 years since he stormed the charts.

Taking to Instagram today, Peter, 49, said he will perform on stage with the National Philharmonic orchestra in May.

He will sing Michael Jackson and the Jackson Five songs in a musical tribute, titled Symphonic Jackson.

Lifelong fan Pete revealed he will step into the shoes of his icon for one night only, while also heading out on tour next month.

Peter said: "As part of my 30 years celebrations I’m going to be doing lots of different things that I love.

"So naturally I’m honoured to be taking part in this very special night on May 13th singing songs that I love, alongside the National Philharmonic Concert Orchestra, with other special guests, it’s going to be a night to remember. Tickets go on sale tomorrow!"

The star is set to entertain fans again on his Peter Andre 30 tour which kicks off next month after he turns 50.

He previously explained on ITV show This Morning: "Basically, Bruce Springsteen does this in America, Gary Barlow did it, and it is a unique little show.

Peter became a West End sensation in 2017 when he starred in the Michael Jackson musical Thriller.

Last year he made his debut in Grease the musical as Vince Fontaine, after it was cancelled in 2020 due to the pandemic.
