TV comic Romesh Ranganathan's eye-watering fortune revealed

COMEDIAN Romesh Ranganathan is laughing all the way to the bank now he is worth £2.4million.

The former maths teacher’s fortune is adding up, according to his annual accounts.

Assets in his company Vetty are listed at £2.4million but with bills such as tax to pay the bottom line is reduced to £1.9million for 2022.

The TV star runs the company, named after his father who died in 2011, with his wife Leesa.

He has fronted shows such as The Ranganation and The Weakest Link during his career and won a Bafta for his work.

Speaking on Channel 4’s The Lateish Show with Mo Gilligan recently, he blasted US reality star Kim Kardashian for telling fans all they needed to do to succeed in life was to “get up off [their] a** and work hard”.

He said: “What you need to do is get up at 5am, write down a list of things you want to do, go to bed for half an hour, get up at 6am, look at the first list, then go back to bed again, then eat a hearty breakfast, then get on the treadmill . . . And finally at 8am, I start my day and I’ve done more than most of these other p***ks have done before their breakfast’.
